Spin Again!

Ever since Lucy could walk -- she's been spinning! And ever since I heard this song (Spin Again...Again, by Jim Gill) I've wanted to make this video. Here she is spinning, ages 1-5. :)

River is 6 months old!

Favorite Food: Breastmilk. She also likes baby oatmeal, but is resistant to most other food
Mobility: She rolled over from back to front a couple of times at the beginning of December, but hasn't done it again. I guess for now, she is content to sit and watch. :)

Likes: Her sisters, playing with her feet, sitting up, wrapping paper, chewing on things at all times, one on one attention

Dislikes: Being left alone, napping, sleeping at night, tummy time, falling over when she's sitting up

First bite of solid food!

River is such a happy girl! Her smile is contagious and lights up her whole face, and the room. Her hair is still crazy, but she is no longer our little rooster. Lucy and Kaya continue to adore her! Lucy has especially warmed up to her, now that River can interact more. They love to get in River's face and sing her songs. Kaya loves to whack her in the stomach, which always concerns me, but River just giggles and giggles. She seems to be more of a daddy's girl than our other girls, which both Logan and I appreciate. :) We love our little River!
